party terms & conditions:
1. All bookings must be confirmed with a 50% deposit. The balance is due at the end of the party by cash or cheque made payable to "dishy designs". The deposit is non-refundable, we can transfer it once to another date/event within 6 months, if more than 3 weeks notice is given.
2. Finished items will be delivered wrapped and labelled back to the party organiser within 3 working days.
3. It is recommended that at children's parties a parent also paints a piece, so should one piece get broken that child still gets a piece. The extra piece is chargeable. If we break a piece you will not be charged
4. A parent or the party organiniser is responsible for the children during the party
5. All products are non-toxic and will wash easily out of fabrics. This is not a dirty or hazardous activity, therefore dishy designs can not be responsible for loss or damage to an individual's property.
6. Once fired the pottery is dishwasher safe, however the lifespan may be reduced. As someone once said "Hand wash until the novelty wears off!"
7.The complementary plate included for the birthday child is 22cm diameter to be signed by party guest. If this plate is broken we are unable to replicate it.
8. Travel within Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, Maidenhead, Henley-on-Thames, Pangbourne and Thatcham area is included in the cost. For parties outside this area mileage is charged at 40p/mile.
